About Budi Darmawan
For more than 15 years, Budi Darmawan has built his consulting credentials across operational excellence, quality systems, and organizational capability building. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, with additional specialization in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, supply chain, and instructional delivery.
At SSCX International, Budi leads transformation programs through both technical execution and structured capability transfer. He has trained and coached professionals across manufacturing, energy, and service industries. In 2024, he was recognized as a featured speaker at Pertamina Hulu Energy’s Project Management Day.
